RETURN & EXCHANGE
Plushbyus.com aims to provide the best product and customer service experience, and yet we are constantly striving to be even better. If you need to return or exchange an item based on our guidelines, we will make it happen.
We fully inspect all products for damage, wear, or incorrect use. Once we have received the product, we will notify you that the returned product has been received.
Cancellation of the Orders:
Orders canceled within 24 hours will be eligible for a full refund. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to reflect on your bank statement. Any cancellation after the 24-hour window will result in a full deduction of 30% from the total order value.
Orders may be canceled up to a maximum of 3 days after the order is placed. This will lead to a deduction of 50% from the total order value.
No cancellation can be done after 3 days of order placement.
30 Days Easy Return Policy:
Customers can exchange or return the item within 30 days after receiving the order. Products must be intact in the original condition with tag and label intact. The product should also be unused. No products will be entertained for return, refund or exchange if the tag or label are removed and if the product seems to be used.
After 30 days Plushbyus.com will not be responsible for any return or exchange.
At Plushbyus.com we strive to ensure highest quality of products leading to 100% customer satisfaction. However, there could be instances leading to exchange or return.
In case of a return, the client will be liable to pay the shipping and handling cost which can be calculated on the basis of weight and size.

Return & Exchange Procedure:
You have 30 days to return your item to us in its original condition. We’ll get you a replacement or refund in a snap! Just email us for support at support@plushbyus.com and we’ll take care of the rest!
