Yes, we ship jackets across the globe. The estimated shipping time for an order placed is 10 to 15 business days We do not ship to APO and PO boxes
The shipping of all jackets is completely free for orders over $100
Once an order is placed, we will send you the tracking information through email so that you can track your order and stay updated on the progress of your jacket’s shipment.
If you believe there is a problem with shipping address provided contact us immediately. We can change your address if you contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Please e-mail us at support@plushbyus.com with the order number.

Orders can be canceled before the item is shipped. However, if the product has already been dispatched, you will have to receive it and then apply for a return.

As we provide free shipping at our own cost, we are unable to pay for the return courier charges.
